Intermittent Sensor

I receive an error message last week on my screen. "Surround vehicle display limited."

I think I have an intermittent loss from a sensor on the right rear of the car. Tesla Service was great but a part is ordered and no indicated time of delivery so...

I drove into L.A. yesterday and for much of the trip I was able to use NoA. When the sensor fails, I am unable to use the Auto Lane Change function and I need to yank it out of Autopilot to change lanes (or push the right stem up). This happens without warning. The display shows the blue line changing lanes and there is no vehicle in that lane but the car won't make the lane change. The car has done a few of those swerving failed right lane changes since new. I suspect it is the same sensor.

If I were the tech, I would start with checking to make sure the connectors for the sensors are seated properly. I had a problem with that on my delivery day.
