Internet's "Stuck"

I tried to use the web to access On the Clock to punch out, and the web tab froze. I have tried typing in a different web address, and I have 3G bars (at least 3) but it won't load. The blue part of the web bar that indicates that it's loading stops at about two centimeters in. Help!

Try rebooting the center screen: Hold down both scroll wheels on the steering wheel for about 5 seconds, until the center screen goes black, then release. After 15-30 seconds, it should come back up.

Mine started doing this for the first time after I installed v4.5. A re-boot fixed it for me.
