Invalid Access

After nearly a year of ownership this is the first time this has happened.

I noticed I was unable to access my vehicle in the app. It said last update was yesterday and the updated charge remaining was not changing and I couldn’t pre-cool, turn on sentry mode remotely, etc.

I saw a few notifications and after plugging my car in at home it had 5 digits as the name instead of the usual name to alert me the car had started charging. Once I clicked that it finally updated my vehicle. Then when I tried clicking the others. I got an error of Invalid Access: the requested vehicle is no longer in your account.

Has anyone else seen this occur?

I’m on 2019.28.3.1. Unfortunately I only have a screenshot of the invalid access error.
