My leasing co (Zenith) gave me an RN some time ago (8 Jan). For some reason it still wasn't matched to a vehicle despite inventory vehicles showing up with the exact spec (basic SR+ white no add ons). They disappeared very quickly on Friday, but one just came up again so I have paid the £100 to reserve it.
Question is: any one got any experience with this situation? Feels like it might be tricky because I guess one of those RNs will need to be cancelled (unless Zenith wants to reallocate existing one to someone else).
I'm going to call Zenith on Monday and see what I can persuade them to do, as I think it's a bit ridiculous that vehicles keep coming up and yet my order continues to go unmatched...!
But any tips from anyone appreciated.
(I feel relaxed overall as I think the worst case scenario is I lose £100 - but even that I think I have statutory cancellation anyway).
