Inventory Cars are more than configuring new?

I was bored and looking at some inventory cars. I always build them as if they were brand new.

On VIN 130018 a Black s70 the total cost on the Tesla Builder is 79500 and the inventory car is listed at 80600.

A bit curious. The inventory car does have the slipstream wheels but no premium center console.

All the inventory cars I have seen have the original $1,200 destination/doc fee included in the price of the vehicle. That particular car has been that price since it was listed on 4/02 and is $100 off according to what I see on www.teslainventory.com.

So for a local buyer, to where the car is located, they basically pay the new price but can get the car faster since its already built and ready to go. For someone not local to where the car is, having another transportation fee on top of the full price could actually lead to paying more than ordering a new one.

Hmm the 79500 one has the 1200 included in the price also.
