I sometimes listen to lectures from Yale University. Today I came across an interesting lecture from an ex Yale student who started a company that finances energy efficiency 'makeovers' as a business. I thought it was an interesting perspective on how to enable companies and organizations and building owners to become energy efficient without needing any capital. It actually seems to be a more fair model where the actual client gets to keep the savings from the project. I'll check it out. Thanks. Have you heard of RMI? They retrofit buildings as well to make them more energy efficient. http://www.rmi.org
