Involux, a wind turbine, but not quite the same

    I did a search on the database and couldn't find it, because I was sure I've seen it before but probably not here.

    It's an interesting concept that could make wind turbines more acceptable near populated areas.

    ^^ My thoughts too. If they could make this smaller and viable to place on a pole in the backyard or on a rooftop (like solar panels) I would be much more inclined to give it some thought.
