IOS Bluetooth Volume Increases When Turning Steering Wheel

When I'm listening to Podcasts via Bluetooth on Tesla 2021 Model Y LR, when I make sharp turns (as in parking) the volume will increase while turning the steering wheel.

I'm was careful not to hit the scroll wheel and it still increased the volume. This only happens when playing from iPhone on Bluetooth. Does not happen on any other audio source.

I've tried activating voice control while doing tight maneuvers in my driveway, and inevitably I hit the wrong scroll wheel because the steering wheel is turned.

But that's me.
