iPhone App not connecting

Just started happening today both on the road and in my garage. I've restarted my phone, deleted app and reinstalled, tried the scroll wheel restart (with no luck), but was able to completely power down and still not connecting. I've checked wifi and LTE signals and both appear strong. Any other suggestions?

MCU2 running 2018.12 if it matters. Had 2018.12 for a few days with no issues, so I'm guessing that's not the case.
