iPhone does not activate seat adjustment

I tried easy entry but didn't like it. I assume it would still often select the wrong profile anyway. Sometimes I will pull into the garage and park the car with my profile selected. Go in the house to get something, then come back out to the car and when I open the door it selects my wife's profile and moves the seat.

I'm guessing you tried deleting both profiles and recreating them and selecting yours as the primary?

Also, are there any permissions you may not have given the Tesla app on your phone? Been awhile since I used ios but in Android you can get granular with the permission given to an app.

I got it to work by going to Controls>Locks. There our two phones and two key cards were listed. Next to my wife's iPhone 11, was her first name. But next to my iPhone, there was no name. Touching the person icon in the same line as my phone caused my first name to appear after my phone. That did it, now the seat adjusts to my settings when I open the driver's door.
