on phone calls, I still sometimes get the issue where there is no sound, with 2020.24.6.9. I have to switch the call to the phone (where I can hear it), then switch it back to the car.

I wonder if it is carrier-based? There is a similar thread discussing a connectivity issue and many users experiencing the issue are on AT&T whereas Verizon users seem to be not (granted, the sampling size is inconsequential). I myself am on Verizon and have not experienced either issue.

interesting, I am on AT&T. she and I've never had this happen with my wife's X, though, or my old ford c-max or ford explorer (previous cars). so it would be an interaction between the model 3 and at&t phones. that being said, it is certainly possible, I've heard that the bluetooth hardware and software is a devilishly messy and complicated stack.

I'm on Verizon, I've been having issues too.

Haven't tried on the new firmware version yet, but on 2020.20.15 and 2020.20.17 I had issues.

Yep. The latest update seems to be the winner for Bluetooth issues.
