iPhone Muted

After using iPhone 13 pro (with iOS 15.6.1) in 2022 model Y, my phone stays on mute even after walking away from the car. Is there anyway to avoid this?

Also is there any way to use google map navigation with sound on phone instead of using Tesla navigation while driving?

Google maps shows the directions with current traffic conditions, but it get muted in Tesla car so you have to watch the phone screen while driving. I have tried Bluetooth device setting on phone to speaker instead of car stereo but it didn’t make any difference.

bump-
recently got new iphones and now the phone is muted if I use it in the car. No way to un-mute the phone unless I turn off bluetooth.

Tried to look through settings on phone and car but nothing obvious.
