my previous phones were iPhone 8 and 11 - both of which plugged in nicely when laid down onto the stock charging area. I simply slide the phone downward and hear a “click” as the charging plug inserts into the iPhone.
just got the iPhone 11 Pro yesterday.
When I put it in the same place and slide it down, it doesn’t “click” onto the charging plug.
I tried 2 different cases, both very slim, and it will not line up right, seems like Apple lowered the height of the charge port and now, I can’t get it to charge in my model 3
Anyone else with this issue? Any suggestions?
