My wife and I have identical Iphone 11's running on T-Mobile. They both work fine as keys and the car recognizes them. However, My wife's phone will not hook up with the car to make or receive calls. I've tried everythink I can think of to make the connection, but it still won't work. Any suggestions?

Assuming you have it properly paired with BT, have you tried manually connecting to BT? Do the calendar, messaging etc. work?
