I have a 2015 Model S and whenever I use Waze, Google Maps, etc. I am constantly losing my GPS signal leaving those applications useless for me. It's definitely not my phone since I just vacationed in Florida and Waze behaved perfect in my Nissan Rogue rental. Is this a known issue? I tried placing the phone all over the place in the car and it doesnt seem to help much. I am using @BearBu's HDMI kit, but I can't see how that would negatively impact GPS signal. I found one thread with GPS signal degradation in a Model 3 but haven't seen this widely reported in the MS.
