It is more likely a dojo chip because of large size. 25 chips per 12 inch wafer means it is a huge chip.

Elon at A.I. day said it would first come first with Cybertruck which is scheduled for 2022 August or later. I suspect this means end of 2022 and mass production in 2023.

HW4 made an official appearance in the production code with FSDBeta 10.11 While rumors were it would be very similar to hw3 just more/faster RAM, in fact the differences appear to more than that. Exact details remain somewhat nebulous, but official launch is likely pretty soon.

My gut feeling is we will have HW3 for a while and HW4 and better/more cameras will go into the now planed detected Robotaxi. I suspect we will get Level 3 (that is Full Self Driving) in our cars and that is all that can be done with the current hardware on our cars.
