There's probably more heat between the thighs, which actually has more (and direct) contact with the sack than the heated seat itself. I'm no doctor, but i think you're safe.

How hot do heated seats get? Do they exceed the temperature of your nether skin?

It appears that skin temperature averages 90-95°F. I can imagine your inner thigh being a few degrees higher. There were some lawsuits a while back about heated seats burning people and they cited 120° for 10 minutes as enough to give you a 3rd degree burn. One guy said seats should be no higher than 105°, and it appears max numbers vary by car from 86° to 113°.

So the question is how hot do Tesla heated seats get? If they do not exceed your skin temperature, then I don't see how there can be an issue with roasting your balls.
