Is free Ludicrous (i.e. $4000 discount) still available?

I noticed in the cost breakdown when configuring a new Model S that Ludicrous shows up as a mandatory $4000 option for performance variants. Does this mean that existing Model S or X owners might get a $4000 discount via the “free Ludicrous upgrade for existing Model S and X owners” promotion that was recently offered? Or are we stuck paying the extra $4000 compared to the previous deal?

Odd, when I configure one just now ludicrous comes up as included. Do Canadians see a different configurator?

Here is a capture of the screen that details the price. 422CC8C9-2731-47FE-983C-38729BE3BB13.jpeg

I thought it used to recently say Ludicrous was “included” but now it’s showing as a $4000 mandatory option when I click on “show details” (see below). That’s why I’m wondering if maybe there’s a way they could subtract this for existing owners now.
