Is FSD package required in order to get 2021.32.22 and safety score?

Hi,

My model 3 without FSD package is on 2021.32.21 (updated yesterday). I really want to play with the safety score but I'm wondering is the 32.22 update (which includes the safety score feature) only for cars with FSD package?

Is not mentioned as a requirement in the Tesla website: Safety Score Beta

Is there anyone who does not FSD package got the update?

I agree with your assessment.

It's true that the website doesn't require FSD but the current actual practice does.

Currently you need to pay for FSD to get the correct firmware so you can opt-in Safety Score. No pay no play.

Maybe in future you won't have to pay FSD but still get Safety Score such as in Tesla Insurance eligibility...

Answer is Yes you need FSD for a Safety Score at this point. Eventually, you can also get it when buying insurance in Texas.
