Is IC less bright than MCU?

Just got MCU2 upgrade and noticed IC is darker than MCU. Brightness adjustment works for both, but MCU is definitely brighter. Does everyone have the same issue? Most prominent at night.
Or is it in my head since MCU has more white font/icon?

Carefully check for protective film on the IC, sometimes the SC techs don't remove it.

Acabo d’actualitzar MCU2 i he notat que la IC és més fosca que MCU. L'ajust de la brillantor funciona per a tots dos, però l'MCU és definitivament més brillant. Tothom té el mateix problema? Més destacat a la nit.
O és al meu cap, ja que l’MCU té més lletra / icona de color blanc?

How do I check? They forgot to remove it on the MCU and the way I was able to tell was because I was seeing a rainbow effect using my polarized sunglasses, but I didn’t see the rainbow on IC. Is there a quick way to check if film still there?

EDIT: brought it into service, checking now. It’s not the film, was taken off.
