Your steering wheel lacks the hardware to heat up. There are no heating elements in it and likely it is not wired.

...and to add, it is my understanding that even if you bought a heated wheel it wouldn't work anyways because it would need to be coded into the vehicle display, regardless of if you somehow were to self-wire it in.
