Is it possible to move steering wheel 2 inches to the right?

I'm thinking about moving my steering wheel 2 inches to the right. It will cost me about $5000 to retrofit but totally worth it because it just looks/feels better to me. Does anyone have any advice on how best to accomplish this? (Sorry if this is off topic but it seems to fit with the original post).

move to the U.K. get one with right hand drive as I hear it's easier to move it two inches to the left.
