The hashtag is from NTSB's own tweet. I almost missed it, but then came all the re-tweets from safety advocates, like visionary technology firms and champions of automated speeding tickets. The executive summary claims "exceeding the speed limit" is "related", or a "factor", but that's what we do when we go the speed of traffic. Isn't it? So, what's the cause?
