Is MCU2 required for the stoplight icons

I have a Sept 2017 90D with MCU 1 and AP 2.5. I understand what I'm missing by not purchasing the MCU upgrade for the center display but I thought my MCU 1 somehow limits me from seeing all of the new things on the driver's binnacle display. E.G. stoplights, traffic cones, garbage cans. I'm on 2020.24.6.11.

Perhaps this is a software limitation and things will change with .32

No the only think is not display is trafic cones and trashcan.
And for all this stuff trafic lights , stopsign ect , arrows on road you need HW3 upgrade
