Is Tesla(uk) keeping up with energy market

Just thought I would open a discussion up about control over the powerwall
Due to new tariffs like octopus agile and agile outgoing. ( half hour variable rates import and export ) are Tesla falling behind with there basic control with regard to charging ( grid ) discharging to grid, holding charge,
Is it time we had better time control and maybe even control via API data ?

Recently you have able to achieve in excess of 91 pence per kWh to discharge direct from the grid, so I feel we should at least have the option for more control
