Is the 3 as buggy as the S or better?

Having sold my S, I remember how frequently Spotify would log you out and then often wouldn't login easily again and how often you needed to reboot the screens.

My colleague still has his newer S and says life is still the same.

How about the 3?

Same software/firmware, therefore same bugs.

Still bugs. But the pros outweigh the cons, which is the same with anything in life I suppose.

I dont know why, but I dont seem to get this spotify bug in my S. I did a reboot this week, but thats the first time in months.

I tend to not have problems with Spotify but do have problems with Tunein.

When I first got the S earlier this year, I would reboot occasionally. I forgot last time I rebooted in the last think 5 months. V10 has been very stable for me.

I tend to think it’s more software than hardware. I haven’t had to reboot to fix Spotify in the 3 but regularly needed to in the S on pre-version 10 software. For example, the S would lose the Tesla Spotify login after almost every update. I’ve had 4 or 5 updates for the 3 and not had this issue.

Have not had to reboot MCU on S in a long time. A few weeks ago it rebooted after a SW update and didn't come up properly (it was in the middle of the night and I only noticed it because the car did not charge after that). Apart from that, nothing. I wouldn't call the S buggy now, but I do recall the radio-station-losing bug of v8 and early v9.
