Is the Server for the Tesla mobile app down?

Okay, logout and login fixed problem.

This forum is much better than Tesla support line. I have spend 30min waiting for an agent and 50 min on the phone with the agent. Still can’t fix the problem.

Had to log out/back in too; worked last night but not this morning.

Looks like something might be up today. Forced re login required this morning and 10 mins of nothing.

Sorry about that . Those videos never do show up for me and also I’m not able to turn on climate control. When trying with Stats app I get a hvac error message. Anyone else?

Model 3 just disappeared from the App again.
Only the Model S still showed up.
Did not need to logout to get it back. All I had to do in iOS was to close (swipe it up...) & restart the app.

Log out and log back in works for me.

Yup. No good answer. If the servers are down you will be unable to log back in and Bluetooth key will be disabled.

I would only suggest logout/login if you have the key card in hand.

mine was also spinning this morning. It was set to my S. It also wouldn’t let me swipe to my 3. I clicked the gear, selected my 3 (stumbled on it, didn’t know that option was there in the gear menu). The 3 loaded and then I was able to select back to the S and it worked too.

I guess the solution is to buy a second Tesla.

We have two Teslas also and my phone was unfortunately set to the car my wife's usually drives. She had to use her key card this morning to drive to the airport and the app on my phone has continued to spin all day. Thanks for the idea to click the gear, since I had the same issue trying to swipe over to my car. Once I clicked on mine via the gear, it connected and I swiped back and it connected to my wife's also.

So - thanks for the 2-Tesla tip!

No, bluetooth linking is not affected by logging in and out of the app.

Correct. Just don't log out when the site is down or there will be nothing for bluetooth to link.

and wouldn't you know that I get this error the only time I needed to use the app to get into my car Called tech support and they said to log out of the app and log back in. Then it worked and I got home.

Has anyone else not been able to connect to their model 3 with the app for the past few days? I have rebooted my phone, car and turned airplane mode on/off on my phone but no luck. The only thing i have not done yet is a power down reboot on the model 3. Anyone?

Fixed it! Signed out of app then signed back in, connected instantly.
