Is there a better solution to the trunk floor cover?

Did you know that if you do not have rear seats, it fits along the bottom of the housing so you can store it in the car.

I seem to recall being told that pulling the cover and spinning it 180 degrees allows it to fit in the bottom of the well...?

i also hate that thing...so hard to keep it proped up, and it always hits my hand or my head. seems so flimsy and cheap for a 100K car!

Yes. This is what I was trying to describe. Works great. I eventually put in an organizer there, so I don't "hide" my cover anymore, but yes, I have done exactly that and it works great when you need to space opened up.

Hmmm. Maybe I'm just slightly adjusted differently to not have a problem. 98% of the time, it props up like I pictured the first time I try can stay that way all day on its own. 1% of the time it immediately falls and I prop it up again. Another 1% of the time, its annoying. It sounds like my success rate w/ it is higher than yours though.
