Is there a completely opaque sunroof shade for the M3?

My girlfriend has an eye problem and doesn't want any sunlight shining through the roof. Is there a completely opaque sunroof cover. I have a mesh cover but that's not good enough, currently have a piece of paper between the cover and the glass.

If you read the questions on the item, if you install the included reflective(upward) covers, they are completely opaque. The video also shows them as opaque.

I use the Tesla shield but put a layer of black felt between the glass and the shield. It cost about $2 at the fabric store and blocks all light. It also insulates a little bit, but best of all it helps the low-end of the sound system a little bit as it takes out some of the cabin resonance.

yes get the heatshield from evannex or from heatshield themselves.
