Is there a good list of things to inspect before acceptance?

I was hoping to find a list of things that one should inspect before accepting a new Tesla.
not only outside but things to check on test drive. Going thru these threads I have found
a few but was looking for more known or common issues.

Matching paint all around
Major panel gaps
Make sure the 4 jack holes are not damaged

There was once (2017, early 2018) a docx or pdf floating around with this, 5-6 pages worth.

Some common sense items, many somewhat reasonable, most sadly OCD grade.

Its just a mass produced car, expect 20-30K price range quality and you will be fine.

Thanks, I will be looking at a Performance model so more like a 50 to 60K price range. Probably still a 20 - 30K quality but a nice list that’s not to OCD would be nice.

50-60K is what we were all paying back then (when all you could get was a Long Range Dual Motor Performance, Dual Motor AWD or Long Range RWD), ended up with econobox quality nonetheless.

And now in late 2020, with pre-facelift and post-facelift Model 3/Ys, econobox quality is sadly still alive and well.

Make sure to check if your roof is sealed or it may fly off, unless you're into convertibles. Tesla's system is quite unique and doesn't need to be under 25mph - the roof can come off at highway speeds though only the service center can revert it back.

I could not name one car at $25000 that has worse panel gaps than Model 3. LOL.
