Is there a search function in the Spotify App?

I have not been able to locate a search function within the Spotify app for the Model 3. Is there any way, from within the Spotify app to search for an artist, song title, etc?

Make it full screen, there is a search icon on the right, you can search all like you can search in spotify

Yeah it's pretty awkward. I wish the app had a separate button so it wouldn't be so confusing. You have to have Spotify selected and then suddenly the standard search uses Spotify.

I cannot get Spotify to work without signing into a PREMIUM account; does the Spotify function work in a FREE manner and, if so, how can I get it to work? Also, has Slacker been eliminated, I bout M3 4 weeks ago and do not see Slacker icon anywhere.

Nope- still works fine as it always has- it's under streaming.

Well thats nice to know that I can search. Ive been using my phone and it doesnt always kick a song over to my list right away.
