Is there a way to rate Service Centers?

I see issues with bad Service Centers but I want to put an excellent review of my service center: Smithtown on Long Island.
They are phenomenal. Before my delivery they contacted me for a date that was good for me. They had a zoom meeting to tell me about the delivery process and any questions like charging, maintenance, etc.
Delivery was painless. They checked out the car first the day before. Stood by as I walked around the car. Wanted to know if I had any questions and went over the paperwork.

Since then any questions I had they answered promptly. So far nothing but good things to say about the Smithtown Service Center.

I guess you were lucky. I had the worst experience in Smithtown NY.
