No. But the nav (at least in my S) saves all locations the car has charged at previously including residential.

I can't remember if the Model 3 has a web browser in their software for the touch screen yet. For the vertical screen of the Model S and X, the Plugshare site made a special version of it that was made to work very well in the cars at tesla.plugshare.com

v9 is supposedly bringing the browser to the Model 3. There's apparently an "old" version hidden within the Model 3 diagnostics screen that was discovered back in June on a Reddit post.
