Is there a climate control for the model 3 can’t find it under the security settings as suggested.

What firmware version do you have? I think the cabin overheat protection comes in 18.24.x or newer.

Safety and Security, click the gear (settings) icon in the upper left. If your firmware has control over the cabin overheat protection it will be there.

Are you asking if there is basic climate control, or asking about something else, as others are guessing you are? Because of course there's climate control, it's the middle icon on the bottom row. If you are asking about cabin overheat protection, it is as RayK says above, but you have to have the correct firmware.
