Is this a good deal for Model Y?

I am looking for a MYP for my mother-in-law and came across one for $65k w/FSD (before taxes/fees). It's a 2020 with March build date, and has full P package including brakes, 21", boost, and spoiler. It seems like a good deal, but wanted some opinions given the build date. It seems to have the lumbar support and radar, but don't think it has the dual pane and heat pump?

I would value FSD at about 3-5k (for a used car), the rest, I'd look at sold examples from ebay.

Here’s a thread detailing some of the subtle differences between the 2020 and 2022 models. Unless you’re saving a significant chunk of change or need the car yesterday, I’d seriously reconsider buying the car you are looking at.

I think we narrowed it down to the following:
2020 MY LR AWD - Black Ext/White Int - FSD - $62K USED, 10k miles
2021 MY LR AWD - White Ext/Black Int - FSD - $63K USED, 4k miles
2021 MY P - White Ext/Black Int - No FSD - $64k NEW

What do you guys think?

At those prices, a new 2021 P MY. You can always add the FSD later but you can't upgrade the motors in a LR MY to make it a P MY.

The best deal is the 2021 MYLR but at that price... there is something wrong with it. That's basically $53K without FSD. I'd be concerned and want a test drive.

Otherwise, MYP is the best deal.

2021 MY LR AWD - White Ext/Black Int is the best deal. As long a it still has its 50k 4yr warranty, you're good

That's a really good deal IMO. I sold our 21 MYLR 14k Miles No-FSD White with black int for $63.5K to a dealer few weeks ago. So you getting the same build WITH FSD for 63 is great imo.
