The 85D is yes, not so sweet on the 75D. It's end of quarter time - id call a DS and see if they have any discounted inventory /test drive vehicles that you can couple the tax rebate to and probably come very close on price to the CPO one.
Good deal depends on your net worth. Net worth = 100 million . A car for $66K is a good deal.

I would recommend the 85D because you get 295 miles of range on that battery.
