Is this Elon’s Car?

I spotted this car in my neighborhood of Easton Park here in Austin where Tesla is building its solar homes. I wonder if he picked up a loaner from SpaceX before coming up for the weekend? There was a corporate event here last night as well.

I seriously doubt it. SpaceX wouldn't have passenger vanity plates like that. Or a custom wrap/dip. It's just a local SpaceX fan.
