Is this worth requesting service

Was washing the car and noticed this bolt is just hanging around. No feedback when trying to screw it in. Also cannot seem to take it out either.

Is this worth a service request?

I had the front underbody droop and rip a few months in and they fixed no charge
Sorry. This service question has nothing to do with mud flaps. The other person just thought it was mud flap related.

This is about the under area of the rear bumper. The bolt is just dangling.

I scheduled a service request…will see how it goes

Just to be clear, I don't think you broke it trying to install rear mud flaps, I was just saying that the Service Center may try to claim this since it is a common occurrence.
