I don't see that option. I assume someone (or yourself) saved a configuration in their mytesla with that color and somehow is still able to order it or is cached somehow. Highly doubt if order was placed that is would be possible.

Probably just lazy web designer. I'm all for them offering more colors, but just don't see them bringing back titanium. Don't think it was ever that popular. Who knows though. I wish they would bring back the green.
