Got my final MVPA today for my delivery on Tuesday, 3/27.

Got some bad news on the way home from work. The truck bringing my car to Bellevue, WA is going slower than expected and will not be to Bellevue on Tuesday. The delivery specialist offered to move my delivery to Friday or Saturday. I chose Friday at 11am.

Very disappointed but what is another few days after waiting for almost two years?

My ISA told me who my DS was right before I received my MVPA. Basically she just said “here’s your DS” and CC’d him on that email and he was also CC’d on every email between me and my ISA after that point. But I have yet to hear a peep from my DS. I only emailed him directly for the first time about something yesterday but I haven’t received a reply yet. Hopefully he gets back to me today.

I was contacted by my local DS directly, the day before delivery (you know why haha). I was never given a name by my ISA. I assume they are assigned when delivery is scheduled, but I suppose there really isn't any need to know a name until you show up to take delivery. I'm sure you can always just call the store and ask. I think its #4 for deliveries. Or your ISA.

My "Delivery Advisor" (that's what's in the signature of his email) emailed me back this morning to answer my question. He says we're all good to go on Thursday! The hours keep ticking by slower and slower as I get closer and closer!

I'm in the same boat for a Friday delivery. I really wish I had a work trip or something to distract me this week because time is going nowhere slow.

I am confused... is the ISA not the same as the DS? I have our ISA, but didn't realize we should be contacted by a DS also. Is the DS the person at the actual service center? Thanks

Our Raleigh Model 3 delivery was scheduled for tomorrow, Wednesday afternoon. Was confirmed on Monday. Around noon today I got an email from the ISA saying due to transportation delays, our delivery had to be rescheduled to Saturday. My wife drove by the service center on the way home and it is packed with new cars (a truck was unloading) so my guess is they just don't have enough time to prep everything and make the originally scheduled delivery dates. So now we just need to think about other things until Saturday !

Yep. Two different people. My DS (or DA? still confused on the job titles) has my delivery location listed in their email signature.

From what I’ve read from others here you may not hear anything from them until the day before delivery. If you have a need to contact them and don’t have their info you can probably ask your ISA for their email and phone number.

Ok, it's been bothering me for a while now, but whats an ISA ?? I know OA, SA, MVPA and probably many other acronyms used here but for the life of me, I can't figure out what an ISA is. Anyone care to explain ?

Received an updated MVPA to sign a short while ago. It had all of the same info as the previous MVPA which I had already signed but now it was updated to reflect my down payment as part of the order payment. The previous MVPA just had the $1000 reservation and $2500 order deposits listed towards the order payment figure. I received the final signed copy by Tesla just a few minutes after I signed it electronically.

Just got off the phone with my local SC about my scheduled Friday delivery. Apparently the vehicle isn’t there yet and they aren’t quite sure why

If you’re coming close to delivery you may want to touch base with a local person just to make sure your 3 is actually there

Took me overnight to hear back. I requested a second quote and they got it to me by the end of the day. Went with the first quote.
