ISA said paperwork was urgent, but haven't heard from him in over a day

My ISA called me yesterday(Tuesday) to schedule the delivery date (after I had sent him the loan pre-approval), in that same call he also said the process is now in contracts and I should expect the final MVPA by Thursday evening (I expect ACH portal at that time). Delivery scheduled for Monday the 23rd.

Good luck --- I hear there is quite a big backlog in contracts. I was supposed to see my ACH portal last Friday, and still no updates....

I got an email back from him today saying that the contracts team was backed up right now and that's the source of the delay.

Still not sure what that means with all the pressure he was putting to get it done so quickly, but at least I haven't lost contact completely!
