ISO MS, >70kWh for ~$45k; willing to include M3, Q1 res

Thanks in advance for your consideration. I am new to this forum but have been searching for a MS for about two months and just found this forum's "Tesla For Sale" section.

Only must have's are Air Suspension, Black Interior and from a non-snow area. Willing to spend around $45k, and willing to include my M3 reservation slated for late Q1 delivery. I am in Austin but would be willing to travel to pick up.

Wow with a MS delivery coming so soon why you decide it would be better to get a used MS? Haven't seen many other people asking to swap reservation + pay.

Several things about a MS are more appealing to me - the wheels, the nice interior, the longer sedan look. Just personal preference. Thanks for the reply and let me know if you or anyone else may be interested.
