ISO pdf of Tesla's original certificate of incorporation July 1 2003

Can anyone share a copy of the Tesla Motors's (I think it was called at the time) Certificate of Incorporation filing on July 1, 2003 ? Or anything similar and official looking showing Tesla's formation date as being exactly 16 years ago on that date? Oddly the Delaware entity search shows the formation as 2007, so that doesn't work.

I know I could likely order it from Delaware, but need it tonight if possible.

Well, the current amended articles state at the top that the original was filed with the state of Delaware on “July 1, 2003.”

right that is the best I have so far. But that is just a Tesla created document. The original would have a nice coversheet from secretary of state and have this sort of stamp in the corner:

I'm curious. Why is that information useful?

It's strictly to show the coincidence of the Tesla formation on the same day as another event and the original document would show it best. Sort of like having the actual newspaper front page from that day.
