Issue or normal? Parking brake sound for Model 3

In the clip I don't think you have engaged the parking brake, just put the motors in Park. If you press and hold the button while in Park, you'll hear another sound from the rear and see a red ((P)) indicating the parking brake. I hardly ever use it but it would be useful if parked on a hill.

Putting the "parking brake" just forces those little motors a bit harder.
It doesn't force them any harder. It just activates it like normal. It will re-activate it even if in park (and thus the brake is already set), but it doesn't add any voltage or anything else that makes it stronger.

The primary use of parking brake is in motion if you need an emergency stop. The real reason for it is that it's required by law to be manually controlled, even if the car completely automates it for you.
