Today I experienced a strange issue with my car trying to put it in Transport mode. Transporter came to take my Tesla Model 3 to the service. The transporter tried to put the car into Transport mode and pull on the flatbed truck yet without luck. He tried to activate Transport mode from touchscreen as described in manual: Service->Towing->Pressing brake->Taping keycard-> Pressing Transport mode button. The issue was that Transport mode was active only for about 5 seconds. After that Transport mode button from blue turns to grey and the rear wheels are not turning. Maybe somebody of you experienced a similar issue? What might be causing Transport mode deactivation after few seconds? Are there any other ways to activate Transport mode or deactivate rear park brakes?
