Issues with bings and bongs

I’ve had the update to 2022.44.25.1 on my model Y and around 24hrs after the update we noticed some changes Which appear to have randomly happened between two journeys - the indicators are now extremely loud and seem to only produce half the sound so it’s a strange click instead of normal. I’ve also noticed the autopilot bongs and bings so quiet as to be unheard. I’ve tried turning joe mode off and on again and also both our profiles but to no avail.
has anybody else had this issue before I fault it? The indicator noise is beyond annoying So if anybody can suggest a fix or setting hidden away then fantastic.

I seem to have more bings and bongs and louder that ever. Trying to park in a tight spot earlier. The car is beeping at everything, my boy wanted attention and rain was bouncing off the windows making a right racket.
