It's Dark at Night.

Is there anyway to make the car lights come on at night when you walk up to the car? in the real dark for love nor money can I find drivers door handle sometimes.

Few appreciate how dark dark can be. When I first moved out here and went out to one of the far barns at sunset I was blundering into trees and shrubs trying to find my way back to the house...

If you unlock the car with the app first (or fob if you have it) the headlights and (possibly) the cabin dome lights should turn on.

When we moved here (to a Dark Skies region) we very quickly learned that carrying a torch was absolutely essential during the winter months. It gets so dark here that it's not possible to see the charge port to plug the connector in.

As above, unlocking the car first is a great help if you're looking for the door handle. Dead easy with the fob, just use it like any other remote, rather than it's more normal use as a proximity device.

My favorite use of my cell phone is the little built in light.

I use sentry mode so the car flashes it's lights at me as I walk closer. Long enough for a quick puddle/mud scan

S and X will turn on some lights when approached with a fob. I don't have my 3 in the garage just now to see if that is true for the 3 with the fanciest fob. The auto-open fob for the 3 might be your best bet.
