J1772 adapter location?

I received my P85+ the other day but was in such a hurry that I never got the full delivery experience.

I was under the impression that the car came with a J1772 adapter?

Is this the case?

Yes. Look in the glove box, or perhaps the cubby under the 17" display, or even the trunk or frunk. I vaguely recall it was in the glove box with the manuals.

Mine was in a little black bag in the far back sub-trunk area, I think the UMC was in the bag originally.

Yes, mine was in the mesh bag in the recessed area at the side of the rear trunk.

in my car there was a a bag containing the 3 adaptors you should have received. look insider the foot well or the frunk for that bag

Same as the others. Mine came in the mesh bag that, at least in my case, was in the cubby on the left side of the trunk. My UMC and other adaptors were also inside.

I immediately removed the J1772 and stuck it in its little cubby in the glove box.

Yes, on the back left side of the glove box there is a spot where you can put the J1772 so it doesn't roll around and is easily accessible if you need to use it.
