Taking delivery next week of a new 100D.

Simple question - does the current generation of UMC kit (or whatever it's called) include a J1772 adapter? I'll be heading out almost immediately on a road trip that requires some public charging.

    TIA,
    Tim

Yes, it's in there. No reason for Tesla to not include that.

i even got an extra one (for my EVSE) from the online store for $95.

I carry two J1772 adapters when touring just in case one gets left behind at a charging station.

Technically, the J1772 comes with the car, not the UMC. A friend was burned by this because he put all the charging stuff that came with the car in his garage, bought a spare charging kit for the car, and was stranded on a road trip because he didn’t have the J1772 connector.
