I have a replacement set of wheels to put on my X so I can have a summer/winter setup. The model X is the heaviest thing I've ever needed to lift in my driveway and I'm just wondering if the 3.5ton floor jack I have is up to the task or if I should purchase something beefier. I know the jack is not lifting the entire car and I've heard a good rule of thumb is for the jack to be rated for 3/4 of the vehicles total weight? Does this work or should I purchase a bigger jack? If I need a bigger jack what would you recommend?

I have a 3 ton floor jack and have been using it for the X (75D) & S (100D) with no problems so far
